Our meticulous process begins with stripping off the grass, which is then left to compost before being processed through our pulverizer (see our video below), ensuring zero wastage. Following this, we replant hay into the ground and cycle through the process anew. Our premium quality topsoil is free from debris and untainted by chemical additives typically associated with crop cultivation.

How It Works

1. Get Quote: Contact us to discuss your specific requirements. We can come by and look over your project if needed and make recommendations that best suit your specific needs. Cost: $40 per yard with 10 yard minimum - $150 delivery charge *

2. Schedule Delivery: If all looks good to go, let us know your preferred delivery date and time.

3. Sit Back and Relax: Our team will handle the rest, delivering the soil directly to your designated location and utilizing our specialized equipment to place it with precision. All you have to do is sit back and relax while we take care of the heavy lifting.

* Please be aware that our delivery area extends approximately 20 miles from our Cleveland, Missouri location. We do not serve areas north of S435, such as Downtown, Independence, Blue Springs, Liberty, Parkville, and others, as they fall outside our service coverage.
